Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original boutique packaging, including all protective materials and the completed return form to ensure the safety of the delicate glass bottles.

  Dispatch the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans receive and inspect the returned items for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
